- Founder pricing is locked for the duration of continuous subscription
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

You agree not to:

- Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Speech analysis and feedback are generated by AI and should not be considered professional coaching advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Articulate Speech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
